Tapas represent a style of eating and way of life much like the AGA Cooker.  A selection of tasty little morsels easy to prepare include:  Shrimp & Mushrooms in Almond Sauce, Veal Meatballs in Spicy Chorizo Sauce, Mussels Vinaigrette, Scallops with Serrano Ham & Saffron, Lamb Brochettes and Potato Tortilla.

Greek Seductions
The continual devotion to eating with the seasons makes Greek cuisine the oldest and perhaps with the oldest.  Our AGA menu begins with Spicy Feta & Pepper Dip followed by Chicken Baked in Yogurt with Spinach and Polenta with Currents & Onions finishing with Semolina & Almond Cake.
